কিভাবে প্রফেসরকে ইমেইল করবেন, নমুনা-3 (তিন বারে পাঠিয়েছি, একবারো উত্তর পাইনি, জানি না কারন)

আবারো বলে রাখি, আমার লেখাটি পারফেক্ট নাও হতে পারে আপনার দৃষ্টিতে, তবে আমি এভাবেই লিখেছিলাম।  যত অল্প কথায় ইমেইল লেখা যায় ততই, উত্তম, কারণ, বড় হয়ে গেলে প্রফেসর রা আর ইমেইল পড়তে চান না। 
 Purdue তে  একটা ইমেইল করেছিলাম । সেটিই  এখানে প্রকাশ করলাম। প্রফেসরের নাম টা লিখলাম না।

I just moved to Purdue before yesterday.  My research field was Organic Synthesis. When I applied in Purdue, I mentioned you as my Research Interest in SOP, When I visited Purdue in March and I had meeting with you, I expressed my interest in your research  group. As I am interested in Bio-organic Synthesis, application both and you research work covers that and your research group has great deal of variety. So still I am very much interested to work in your group. I know you are very busy.  If you want me to set an appointment to meet you for interview. That will also be a great chance for me.
